Leveraged Owner sells digital products: Notion playbooks, PDF guides, templates, scripts, worksheets, and step-by-step setup guides ("the Products"). Products are delivered electronically — nothing physical is shipped. Purchases are processed and delivered through our payment partner, Gumroad; their checkout terms also apply.
When you purchase a Product, you receive a single-user, non-transferable license to use it in your own business. You may adapt the scripts and templates for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or publish the Products or substantial portions of them, free or paid, without written permission.
Our systems describe business automation practices, including text-messaging and email practices that are subject to carrier rules and laws (including 10DLC business-texting registration and the TCPA (federal telemarketing law)). You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and carrier requirements when you implement anything in the Products. We provide compliance guidance as general information, not legal advice. We make no guarantee of any specific business result, revenue outcome, or lead volume.
We do not guarantee any specific business result, revenue outcome, lead volume, response rate, or number of jobs from using the Products. The systems are tools — outcomes depend on your market, your effort, and factors outside our control. No refund or performance promise is offered unless stated in writing at the time of purchase.
Products that include an update period (e.g., "12 months of updates") will receive revised editions during that period at no extra charge. Updated editions after the included period may be offered at a discount to past buyers.
You agree not to use the Products to engage in unlawful texting or emailing practices, including sending marketing messages without required consent, ignoring opt-out requests, or violating carrier rules. We may revoke your license if you use the Products to facilitate spam or unlawful communications.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leveraged Owner's total liability for any claim arising from the Products is limited to the amount you paid for the Product at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
